No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. - Written Forms:Â Patients may provide consent through signed or initialed in-office intake or consent forms that include authorization for SMS communications.
Providing consent to receive SMS message is voluntary and not a condition of receiving dental treatment.
Opt-out and Message Preferences
Patients may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. For assistance, patients may reply HELP. Opt-out requests are processed promptly, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless consent is re-established.
